Home Staging is not a new term, but for many homeowners and real estate agents, the concept of “professional home staging” is shedding new light on how to promote a home in the real estate marketplace.  They are finding that professional home staging is an absolute must in giving them a distinct advantage over the competition.  In past years, homeowners were left to use their own discretion to prepare for home showings.  Though they do occasionally rely on the agent for instructions, more often than not, real estate agents were just as perplexed at working out the details as the homeowner.  While real estate agents are experts in the field of selling and closing, many do not have the time to be design savvy.   

At Fusion Staging & Design, we want to take on the responsibility of creating a warm and inviting environment in each and every home we touch.  We want to form a partnership with the real estate agents to allow them to focus their time and energy on their area of expertise and allow us to take care of staging the home.   

Successful staging is using marketing and decorating techniques to create an environment that buyers want.  When you put your house on the market, it becomes a commodity or product.  For a product to sell, it has to be successfully marketed and packaged.  The “packaging” element is where we come in.  Using the FEEL HOME process in each home staging, we are confident that each home we stage will have an advantage over the competition.  We will create emotional connection points throughout the house so the buyers feel at home.  We want them to think, “This is it!”
