Why
can’t I just stage my own home?
Home sellers are usually not capable of successfully staging
their own home for several reasons. The first and biggest
reason is that we have a strong emotional connection to our
own home and cannot see all of the flaws. We have gotten
used to the way it looks, which makes it very difficult to
change it. If you cannot view something objectively, you
will not be able to market and package it effectively.
What can we expect when a

Staging & Design
stager comes to our home?We
begin each staging with a consultation, where we take the
time to get to know a little about the homeowner and explain
our services to them. We will walk through each room of
your house with you just like a potential buyer will looking
at details and features to be highlighted for showings. We
determine the best way to emphasize the home’s assets and give our recommendations for
possible changes.
Our
recommendations may include furniture and accessory
arrangement, organizing and more. Best of all, with your
approval we can immediately begin making the changes for
you!

Most of
the time, the Home Stager will have the homeowner take notes
while walking through the house during the consultation.
Using
Fusion
Staging & Design,
we will
provide an Action Plan for you detailing our recommendations
and take photos of the home that can be used for your
marketing efforts.
